    O’the Irish

    Now I will be honest, not only did I try this one straight up nothing added to try for a true test of flavor, which it does have. I also tried this with a shot of Jameson in it. Then a 3rd cup with Bailey’s Irish cream. I’ve tried plenty of versions of an Irish coffee but I give this one hands down the best flavor.

    Perhaps this could be by the way FDC does their flavor infusing. The Irish whiskey really comes through.

    At this point do not change a thing unless you solidly can improve the flavor. Your current recipe works ! ! !
